Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”
– Martin Luther King Jr.
This quote by this great, honorable, and admirable Martin Luther King Jr. is a universal truth that can be applied to anything in our lives and in our world.
“It used to be thought that the events that changed the world were things like big bombs, maniac politicians, huge earthquakes, or vast population movements, but it has now been realized that this is a very old-fashioned view….. The things that really change the world, according to Chaos theory, are the tiny things. A butterfly flaps its wings in the Amazonian jungle, and subsequently a storm ravages half of Europe.”
― Neil Gaiman
If you are struggling, who do you think it effects?
If you are calm, happy and open, who and what kind of effect do you think you might have others?
It is so important today more than ever that we take great care to understand how the state of our heath effects others and everything in our lives. This is called “The Butterfly Effect”.
By making small or large individual improvements, not just our physical and mental health improves but our energetic health changes also; meaning our attitude, thinking, perception and mannerisms change for the better yielding only positive results for us and all those around us.
When one person feels supported, lifted up, and loved by their community, that person can grow into their full potential unhindered; and that one person can change the course of history.
But what if we didn’t just have one person reach their full potential, but every person?
How drastic and fast could the world change?
How different would the problems and challenges we are facing today feel and look?
