Holiday Season is just around the corner!
My teacher used to always use this Thanksgiving analogy for health:
Our energy pathways are like all the family & guests that come to sit at our Thanksgiving Table. Some pathways are quieter, some are very loud, some can be a little sad and some can be a little angry. Others are super happy and flow-y.
When our energy pathways are working at their optimum, it is like sitting at a Thanksgiving table where everyone feels like they have space to be themselves, people are able to listen to each other, and everyone respects and cares for every one else.
My job as a support to your healing and wellness is to evaluate how the energy pathways in your body are relating to each other and help them relate to one another better– so the ones that are super quiet — get cared for and become less quiet etc.
Harmony between the pathways equals health and wellness in our bodies, hearts, and minds.
