21 Day Restorative Winter Meditation Course

In the Northern Hemisphere we are in depths of Wintertime. The Season of Winter is ruled by the Element of Water. Water is quite a powerful energetic to align with. It nourishes the Root of Who We Are and gives us the ability to Rise Above perceived obstacles in our lives.

The Water Element in its most balanced sense offers the Gifts of Courage, Peace, Awareness, Wisdom, Groundedness, Presence and Power. A strong and healthy connection to the Water Element within us effortlessly creates an internal state of peace, stillness, a “going with the flow” attitude, grounded intuition, and a courageous Heart.
When this connection is strong and balanced within, we tend to operate differently, perceptions change, what once seemed scary or impossible now seems attainable and not so frightening. Our sleep improves so we wake up rested and ready to start the day.
Your stress response becomes balanced, helping out your hormonal balance, your immunity and your emotional health. In short, life seems overall much better and you are able to move through life with greater ease, making bigger strides and facing challenges with courage and strength.
Unfortunately, the way most of us live our daily lives, sometimes feeling like we are “burning our candle at both ends” and unable to properly rest, let alone restore our bodies and minds on a regular basis, which in turn leaves our Water Element depleted. This can show up in many forms from anxiety, fear, insomnia, to an overactive bladder, tooth decay, hair loss, infertility, general despair and a thought pattern of lack and scarcity.
If running our own busy lives wasn’t enough to try to balance, we are also bombarded by a world today where there is strife, loss, violence , grief, scarcity and fear on, what seems to very well be, every corner of the globe. This global energy too has an effect on our individual energy.
It seems there is not a better time, nor greater need than now to create positive habits that will allow us to internally create balance in our own lives, and see the ripple effects it has on our families, friends, and communities, and the world.
This course was created to give you a solid foundation and routine to follow and implement to create change internally- deeply nourish your Water Element Within You so you can experience peace, restful sleep, and less stress. It will also allow you to face challenges from an easier internal place and feel less rattled. You will feel grounded, live the embodied experience of a strong connection to your Inner Strength and Wisdom, and have the tools and understanding to keep this practice going after the program ends. 21 days is the time they say it takes to create a new habit. I believe change can happen in an instant. I definitely believe in Miracles but also know that if we implement change day after day this change will become stronger than our old habits and will take a dominant hold in our energetic and physical bodies, creating lasting change.
What to expect:
Imagine stepping into a space to be guided into complete relaxation at the end of your day. This program is designed to get you to this space day after day; helping you to release anxiety, stress and fear by implementing the practices taught and practiced together throughout the course.
You will be guided through specific body stretches, breathing techniques and simple vibrational mantras that are in the language of Gurmukhi. This language, a mixture of Sanskrit and Urdu, resonates in the vibratory body in an angular direction to cut through our conscious and unconscious habit patterns in a quick and powerful way.
Practicing these deeply balancing routines every day gives the red blood cells the opportunity to re-record chemically the imprints it receives from your Mind, Gut and Heart; your bodies three Brain Centers.
This is a tool you can use throughout your entire life to create stability and peace in your day to day existence. It is also a tool that will bring you incredible growth and internal and external shifts that are aligned with your Souls BluePrint.
Meet Your Guide
Laura Rose, L,Ac., M.Ac, CYT has been a healing practitioner for the body, mind and spirit for over a decade through Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Plant Medicine, and Energy Work, as well as a Yoga Guide, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Yogini since 2005.
Laura leads meditation, divine feminine embodiment, and kundalini yoga courses as well as works individually with clients to help them reach their health goals on the mental, emotional and physical levels. She is a Mama and an Earth Mama Lover, honing her gardening skills, wilderness skills, and a sweet and sacred connection with our Great Mother Earth in her free time.

How it works:
- We will meet together Live on Zoom 5 nights each week Sunday thru Thursday at 9:15 PM EST to 9:45 PM EST for 3 consecutive weeks. Please plan on 30 minute sessions of complete relaxation. Sundays and Thursdays we will have some time at the beginning of the sessions to do Q &A. These sessions may go over by a few minutes. These sessions are designed to relax and dissolve stress so that is why the sessions are live at the end of the day right before bedtime.
- You will receive recordings of all sessions.
- Participating in this small group atmosphere is a very rewarding, nourishing, and uplifting experience in and of itself.
- Each week there will be space for questions and direct insights and feedback from me.
- Each session we will be doing together the practice of breathwork, stretches, and meditations during the 30 minutes to re-calibrate your nervous system and release deeper and deeper into a pure blissful state of peace.
